Q. Do I need to know anything special about my candle?
The first burn of your new candle is important as it establishes a first burn and helps consume all of the wax for all subsequent burnings. You will want to burn your candle long enough for the entire surface to melt from edge to edge, the entire diameter of the container. Subsequent burn time should never exceed 4 hours per session.
To maximize your new candle’s life, I strongly recommend practicing these super simple guidelines:

I do not have a catalog that I send in the mail - everything you need to know is on the website.
Q. How long do the candles burn?
Simpure candles are made to burn longer than most traditional candles. My candles, on average, last from 30 to 40 hours with a proper burn.
Q. How are Simpure candles made?
Every candle is individually touched by hand and receives my attention to detail.
Letters
I’m a firm believer in clear communication and prefer to keep it short and personally think that life is too short to burn bad candles! If I’m asking you to take your valuable time to read something, I should be putting an appropriate amount of my effort into crafting it. I am not the world’s best writer and find that my brain usually works faster than my typing hands do so, I find that I prefer to communicate with whatever means I can to help get out the inspiration; sometimes it’s pictures, sometimes it’s words, and sometimes it's over exaggerated hand gestures. I hope that it’s grammatically correct but, I offer no guarantees.
Stores
Due to the seasonal nature and limited availability of Simpure as well as the ephemeral nature of my product, I sell to only a few selected stores who offer something exceptional and different and understand how my products are made. That list is occasionally updated here; however, I don’t want to list a location that may have sold out of the product already. If you have questions about a location that is close to you, feel free to e-mail me.

Payment
Currently, I am processing orders through Pay Pal and the Etsy website. It’s a secure, safe, well-known website. Payment is expected following purchase. Please follow the Payment buttons for individual sellers after purchase. Payment options accepted are Credit Card, Debit, and E-check (items ship after check clears) via PayPal. I do not do invoicing, Net Terms or C.O.D.
Shipping
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Shipping includes delivery confirmation. I am not responsible for items marked "delivered" but are lost, wrong or incomplete given addresses, postal damage (without additional purchase of insurance), or for the Postal Service's sense of direction.
Gift
Sending it as a gift? Buyers shipping to addresses different are welcomed. Please add the alternate address to Pay Pal. Adding the address in your Pay Pal as alternate is easy, and insures the likelihood it will get to the intended address.
International
Unfortunately, international shipping has been discontinued. If you are a previous Simpure International customer let me know and I will try making special arrangements.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of my product, I do not accept exchanges. If there is a problem of any sort, please do not hesitate to send me an e-mail. Your satisfaction is important to me.
Wholesale
I only sell to a limited Business accounts. If you are interested in setting up a business account, you can e-mail me and I can discuss options.
Right to Refuse
I reserve the right to independently refuse service. For example, if I can’t verify buyer, the buyer does not agree to terms of sale, or I simply can’t meet to satisfaction, the sale will be cancelled.
Agreement to Terms of the Sale
By completing the purchase, the buyer is agreeing to terms of sale and updated announcements listed on store’s front page. These announcements may include shipping delays or vacation/holiday status.
